AVC’s patent estate is directed to trusted digital evidence, blockchain anchoring, regulator control-layer workflows, serialization-enabled verification, distributed state processing, and audit-ready supply-chain evidence. This includes issued and pending U.S. patent protection supporting AVC’s approach to validated data ingestion, evidence generation, exception handling, chain-of-custody trust state, and national-program coordination at scale.
This foundation is central to AVC Innovations’ differentiation.
SmartHub Connect™ is not a conventional EPCIS exchange or L4 compliance repository. It is an L5+ regulator control-layer architecture designed to sit above and integrate with EPCIS-capable systems, converting pharmaceutical traceability submissions and related program data into validated, normalized, tamper-evident, audit-ready evidence for ministries of health, regulators, marketing authorization holders, distributors, inspectors, and future AI-enabled health-intelligence systems.
AVC Innovations LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVC Global Inc. Medical Value Chain W.L.L. supports selected in-country deployment, onboarding, stakeholder coordination, and program operations. This structure separates the scalable platform and IP layer from the local implementation and program-support layer that complex national deployments require.
