AVC Innovations LLC is the intellectual-property, patent, product-architecture, and platform company behind AVC’s SmartHub Connect™, SmartHub™, and SmartPass® Verify product family.
AVC Innovations owns and advances the platform architecture, product roadmap, patent estate, control-layer evidence model, and core technology strategy for these platforms. Its role is to define and scale the trusted digital infrastructure that supports national pharmaceutical traceability, regulator oversight, serialization-enabled verification, audit-ready evidence, and future AI-enabled health-intelligence use cases.
Medical Value Chain W.L.L., a majority-owned AVC Global group company, serves as an in-country deployment and program-operations entity for selected national implementations. Its role includes regulator engagement, stakeholder onboarding, local support, program coordination, and execution support for complex national deployments.
This structure allows governments and regulated stakeholders to work with a local deployment team while relying on a platform architecture, patent portfolio, product roadmap, and technology-control layer owned and advanced by AVC Innovations.

AVC Innovations is the intellectual-property owner and platform architect for AVC’s SmartHub Connect™, SmartHub™, and SmartPass® Verify product family.

AVC’s patent estate is directed to trusted digital evidence, blockchain anchoring, regulator control-layer workflows, serialization-enabled verification, distributed state processing, and audit-ready supply-chain evidence. This includes issued and pending U.S. patent protection supporting AVC’s approach to validated data ingestion, evidence generation, exception handling, chain-of-custody trust state, and national-program coordination at scale.

This foundation is central to AVC Innovations’ differentiation.

SmartHub Connect™ is not a conventional EPCIS exchange or L4 compliance repository. It is an L5+ regulator control-layer architecture designed to sit above and integrate with EPCIS-capable systems, converting pharmaceutical traceability submissions and related program data into validated, normalized, tamper-evident, audit-ready evidence for ministries of health, regulators, marketing authorization holders, distributors, inspectors, and future AI-enabled health-intelligence systems.

AVC Innovations LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVC Global Inc. Medical Value Chain W.L.L. supports selected in-country deployment, onboarding, stakeholder coordination, and program operations.
